Helping Hand USA involves the local communities of villages and towns in the slaughtering of animals.The fresh meat is distributed on-site amongst the deserving people.This year Helping Hand USA’s target is to help 150,000 needy people from 37,500 families by arranging 10,000 Qurbani/Udhiya, Inshah Allah in
more than 50 countries.
